Understanding the business decision-maker
We have spent many years consulting and understanding business and organisational decision-makers.
We understand the emotive and apparently rational aspects to business decisions, how businesses interact with their suppliers and how these interactions can build into a 'relationship'. Whilst there are advantages in long-term relationships, there is also a need to consider what attention is given to alternative suppliers and how new suppliers can differentiate their offer.
At a practical level we feel we are skilled at persuading busy decision-makers to participate in the insight process. Establishing rapport and making participation interesting and seem worthwhile are of key importance.
We have a high level of expertise of sampling business markets, designing effective survey interviews and interpreting the resulting data as needed.
